Silent Time

In this day and age, there is so much going on in our lives, we often find ourselves overwhelmed with things we want to do, have to do,  and we avoid doing. Slow Down and spend some time quietly, all by yourself.
Yeah, I know, immediately we have a series of answers lined up
“I have some deadlines to meet”, “There is already so much pending stuff”, “I can hardly spare a minute”… the list is endless.
It is totally normal to react this way, but constantly being “ON” takes a toll on your system.
Solitude will give you a breather and allow your brain to rest a little.
You will have more time to consciously roam around in your mind, to notice the way you think, notice how your thoughts keep playing and dealing with the outside world.
Being alone with your thoughts gives your brain a chance to wander, and we are often surprised by the things we think, the things we realize we love and the things we don’t want in our lives.

This quiet space will reduce your anxiety and it will provide an opportunity  to think about your desires, your progress, and the changes you want to make in your life. It will help you look at things differently and naturally boost your creativity.

So dear ones give your mind, your nerves a break… It may seem a little uncomfortable or lost initially, but start slow and soon you will love it, enjoy it!!
