Smile

A simple but extremely powerful exercise is to SMILE.Think of all the little things/objects that exist in your life and one by one keep smiling at them.

This simple exercise of smiling at everything has created a lot of magic in my life. You could do it anytime, anywhere to uplift your emotions. Try doing it especially when you are tired after a long  day at work.  It will instantly refresh you, in turn refreshing everybody around you.

You can even do it with small children and make them smile at their toys one by one. You actually end up giggling when you do it children. so HAPPY SMILING  :o)
